At Nuwara Kulubadu, we take pride in delivering premium-quality Ceylon spices. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer safety, product integrity, and compliance with Sri Lankan consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or contaminated
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item or quantity)
- The product has expired or is close to expiry at the time of delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or partially used products
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper storage by the customer
3. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product by:
- Email or contact details provided on our website
- Providing clear photos/videos and order details
Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Inspection and Approval
All return or refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Ceylon Spice Corridor. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing the claim.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part
6. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
